Every time I go here if it’s busy or not always a long wait to get toasted bagels. The last time I was there, the person after me in line got 2 egg sandwiches before me. I ordered 3 toasted bagels with butter. My 3 bagels seat on the counter for 3 minutes before they were even put in the toaster. I would use the app to order but this location doesn’t allow it use a credit card on the app, you have get a Dunkin card & keep reloading it to the app.
While the service was pretty good and quick they did not have a big selection of donuts at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Sunday. While I do understand it's around the corner from a high school, they should be better prepared in my opinion for an afternoon rush

The manager Shyam and the new assistant manager are both rude and very disrespectful. They told me to leave Even tho I was I was just ordering something to take out . The manager is very very rude and inconsiderate. This needs to be address I been coming to this place for years there is no need for the managers to give attitude . . Hope the owner sees this so he can address it.
Kosher branch of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins ice cream. All the usual Dunkin Donuts amazing donuts and coffee, along with bagel sandwiches, lots of drinks, and a Baskin Robbins ice cream counter. The ice cream counter has great gluten free options and dietary awareness, and my celiac child loves their milkshakes while others are having donuts.
Don’t know what’s going on with this location but I’ve been coming here everyday for years. This last week the coffee, service and employees are horrible. Can’t get a simple coffee without explaining it 3 times to the person making it. Not spending a single dollar anymore at this place.
Always a quick visit, but be warned its Kosher. I went in there thinking I'd get real bacon on a breakfast sandwich and got some pink bacon substitute. I don't think they have actual bacon either which sucks. Other than that it's golden.
Jose is the best worker at this establishment. He is truly gifted at what he does & always has a positive attitude! Would definitely this location!
Some of the employees there are really nice but there is one guy that ruins the whole thing. He seems as if he can careless about his job. I asked for grape jelly and he put strawberry jam .. I’m allergic to strawberries. He continually insisted that it was grape when it was clearly red.
