owners are horrible here, treat employees like trash, and Roches every where.. don't eat in here, or order in here...
The early morning staff is always nice and pleasant I get my coffee at 530 am every day the young lady that works there is always a nice and pleasant person and the order is always right
The lines can get long here in a matter of seconds especially when someone ordering confuses the employee or the employee confuses the order being placed. The drive thru is given priority over in store customers. The staff is completely devoted to the drive thru meanwhile only one cashier works the register and has to interact with uber eats ppl. I had to walk out twice. Like they need to be more hands on with customers in store, split their duties between drive thru orders and in store orders. Better yet install the kiosks like they have at mcdonald's.

This place is horrible,there will literally be a line of people waiting while 10 employees work the drive thru,wander aimlessly, anywhere but at register tending to customers. 1 of the very few dd's in walking distance,so kind of have to go here, but horrible service

This Dunkin’ Donuts is very bad best customer service they confuse inside didn’t know what to do can I tell you the story now early morning around 5 AM purchase all my drinks and food pay the lady with my debit card first thing first she put no sugar in my drinks second she give my debit card back with the only attitude like I did something to her went to get it back debit card back they ain’t say sorry for our mistake or anything.
