i have been going to this restaurant for many years, the food and staff are always great, except for the old lady with the glasses and dark hair, that works in the evenings. She has a bad, nasty attitude, shes very rude! I wish they would replace her with a nice professional person, cause i wont go there now if i see shes at the counter. If she doesnt like the job, go find another one, dont take her frustrations out on the public!!
I ordered their beef gyro and chicken quesadilla. Was sadly disappointed. The Beef gyro was 3 strips of the commercial frozen strips. Not beef, mixture of mystery meat. Didn't look, smell or taste like beef. Should not advertise beef. The Chicken quesadilla had large chunks of onions and peppers. Very little chicken. The quesadilla was very greasy but strangely didn't have a lot of cheese??They have indoor dining. No outdoor dining.
Started therapy and wanted to find a nice place to eat afterwards. Found this place but kept finding hairs in my food. I’m a plumber so Something like that doesn’t really bother me but after the 3rd time I said something. Made sure to pay first to make sure they know I wasn’t trying to scam a meal or something and tried to tell the waiter quietly so they can be a little more careful. Dude went down the diner to tell me across the room that it’s impossible that it’s one of his peoples hairs. It was black and gray I’m 28 not a single gray hair on my body I wasn’t looking for nothing more than for them to be more careful but that was unprofessional and weirdly handled.
Terrible! Freezing inside weather was actually better outside spoke with staff about it they never said or did anything. Food had hair on it so I ate a two slice of bread order of french toast and left this place very un happy
Horrible customer service is the worst. i ordered a king kong wrap it came with mushrooms. I don't like mushrooms. I called to tell them and the person answer the phone told me to take them off or bring it back like it was my fault. poor customer service.Will not ever order again.
Old time diner. Generous portions. Pleasant staff. Would go again.
After the the previous owners sold the place this place has gone down hill. The food is horrible. Service is not as friendly and on point like before. And they are no longer open 24hrs. I waited 10 min to be seated all the while the restaurant was empty. Before the staff wasaways cheerful m ready to greet customers. And last but not least the cooks had on no masks the entire time hogin around while they cooked.. smh!

This place has gotten awful. Miguel is supposedly the new owner.. well Miguel I guess because you kept the same staff, they’re being really defiant!! The service and orders get worst each day! Sergio that answers the phone most times should be the first one to be let go when you realize just how bad your service/food has become!
Quaint familiar classic. Always attentive staff. Comfortable food. Done properly.Soup!
