So this is my fourth time ordering from here.And I am finally leaving a review.Sad to say this will be my last time ordering as well.Today we ordered a calm chowder with other things.1. Calm chowder smelled like expired milk and when i took a little sip it tasted sour.Called the store immediately because i would hate to have someone get sick by this.2. The create my own catch order i had was not the same not even the signature sauce. Everything in my order was just so off.The food was not fresh.Super disappointed
I went today to try this place for dinner for the first time- I’ve passed it many times and decided to try it. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. When you walk in, you aren’t greeted and the one employee in the front was more concerned with flirting with a customer/friend. After waiting for my order, she called my order number and just left my bag on the counter. She didn’t even say thank you or you’re welcome after I said thank you and kept her back towards me. To top it off, the food wasn’t good, I got the boil with lemon pepper sauce and it was like eating a pounce of salt. I used to be a manager in a restaurant for a very long and if I had employees work the way I saw the ones work today, they would immediately be terminated. I do not recommend this place!!!
the most terrible lousy attention to their customers. today we went for lunch and when we sat down nobody came to serve us the table even though only we are in the restaurant; The waitresses were playing rock paper scissors to see who would serve us which took like 5 minutes and one of them came over when we asked if there was someone to serve us. she came to the table and did not say hello or welcome; in an unfriendly manner, she handed us the menu. We decided to go to another restaurant. and I understood why there was no one else.
Food was quick, delicious and tasty. They do need to put on heat. Their workers working in their outside coats. The chicken tenders were like fillets but season pretty good. Their fish slider (flounder) needed some type of sauce. I used tabasco and lemon. My wife loved the option to make her own combo. But the blue crab was not soft shelled. Overall, she enjoyed herself.
Kim is such a good employee she hooked us up with a 8 people table with a pool and a back yard w employee w life w parents for giving birth to Kim w manager
Love this place but This location Needs Some Help in the kitchen. The food was very oily with no flavor at all . Spent hundreds on dinner last night & it also was over cooked . Could’ve been old seafood . The texture of the crab meat was very questionable. Pelham manor location was amazing !
I ordered food from here via Grubhub and I threw up for the next three hours. I called them the next day and I was put on hold with the person on the phone repeating that I threw up to a coworker at the establishment. I eventually hung up and got a refund directly through Grubhub. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again
This is the best seafood around. The crab legs were amazing! The spice & seasoning was just perfect. I’m not even a seafood person but everything was just amazing! My favorite order is lemon pepper wings with fries. Bri and Chelsea were amazing hostess, very sweet! Would be back anytime I’m around the area! 10/10.
The seafood and sauce are amazing but... Beware: because there prices went up when u look up at the store menu it still has the same old price so the customers are going by that price until they spring it on u. So the manager said the prices are on the paper menu ok, but they need to change there store menu not to confuse there customers .Check your receipts ppl.
I really love this place so much so I brought my mom an dad to enjoy themselves we had 3 orders of the clam chowder it was soo delicious and filling we couldn’t finish our main meal which was the snow crab with mussels an shrimp sooo good!
