The drinks are AMAZING the food was delicious. We went late afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. Really nice place very spacious, nice waitress. If I could make one suggestion it would be the bathroom could use an upgrade, it was clean but didn't fit in with the vibe because the restaurant is beautiful inside and out and you would expect an upscale restroom. Will definitely be returning.
I went for the first time to con sofrito and it was great!From the cleanliness to the wonderful waitress and delicious food/drinks!!The place also looked great.There were 2 areas for taking pic’s in the main bar/restaurant .It’s cool they have 2 different bar/restaurants with different music.Then to top it off they also have small rooms with TVs in which you can smoke hookah or just hang out hearing your choice of music .Me and my company were very well taken care of .I love this place and will be back with many more friends!!Thank you!!
72 degree weather and everyone needs to be in this hidden gem! Great food, great service, great ambiance!So much sitting from high tops to low. Heated outdoors for chiller days I'm sure. Parking there quite a lot on the weekends when the Dmv isn't operating but other wise you'll just find a few.The drinks were amazing!!!! Tasty and great mixology. The food was authentic puerto rican food. Picadera can serve for 3 or 4 if ppl are going to have entrees. Seasoned friturasss bomb!!! They do have healthy options for those looking for a less criollo route. Entrees were amazing!!!!! The Catfish... delicioso!!!!We took doggie bags home and man... still very good!!! YUM YUM.Prices are so reasonable. GRATUITY WAS INCLUDED. EVERYONE was sooo super amazing. I believe our server was Jasmine or Jennifer (sorry horrible with names -chemo brains) but she went above and beyond. She is a doll!!!!Can't wait to go again!
First time dining in and I definitely enjoyed everything. I went for a last minute dinner for a friends bday and it went great. Superb service and great food.
The ambience is awesome you have music and you have their family attending to your needs as well as the friendly waitresses. The food is great some plates you can even share.They do not have A-1steak sauce, they have another home made sauce for the steak. that is my only indifferent announcement, so many people love A-1 steak sauce. I still highly recommend this place. FYI it's run by Jimmy and his family. If you have gone to any of his other restaurants you'll know this is high quality service.The attached pictures are a seafood salad and blue point oysters.
Went for a work event and the space was large/accommodating. The staff is friendly and portions are large! Check out the pork in the pictures (looking like a whole organ)!!!
Good atmosphere, music is usually good variety, service is great, food is great, prices are decent. It’s just missing something, but other than that, I definitely recommend for a good time.
I do recommend this place. I had the ox tail and mofongo and loved it. Very nicely designed interior. A bit on the pricey side, but will be visiting again. The waitress was very nice.
The service was great and the food was delicious. A little more salt/seasoning would have really made the foods we tried pop with enormous flavor. This was a beautiful find when running around and is more of a 4.5.Will definitely return was a great place, great decor and a whole in the wall speak easy feeling when driving through this factory town area of the BX. Very cost efficient and large portions.
Definitely 1 of my favorite places to eat!! The food, atmosphere & music was GREAT!!!! The house salad was EVERYTHING!! I enjoyed every part of my meal. My server Cece was SUPER friendly, polite & professional. Cece DEFINITELY made me a fan of Con Sofrito. I will for sure go back & ask for Cece to be my server. Oh yeah even the valet driver Juan added to making the evening experience pleasurable.
