Love the food but they never answer the phone & long wait time. Now they are closed temporarily. Hope they reopen with better service
Great food. But nobody answers the phone and it says they’re open on Thursdays and Saturdays. It’s been a month and no answered phone calls nor are the open when you drive by. At least give an update if you’re suspending services so that people don’t have to keep calling and checking on the times you provided as “open” when you’re clearly NOT.
Food is good definitely the best tasting Guyanese food you can get anywhere in the bronx and way better than any food in queens. But man since they shut down and reopened the customer service is TERRIBLE! Calling phone and Noone answers. If you have to walk in and order the wait time is nearly 1-2 hours most people try to order out. One time I ordered my food and went they didn't even have it for me I had to wait almost 2 hours outside.Overall food is a 10/10 hope you fix the phone lines
Absolutely love the food. Worth it believe me! But hate the service. Never can get on to them by phone and the wait time is ridiculous when you walk in. Really needs to do something about this. Other than that, food is great!
Can't order online, says store its closed when they're open, sometimes they don't answer the phone, long lines when you call ahead of time. Business used to run amazing now its all over the place sadly
Went there and waited two hours and wen I came home wrong food I got never been so Mad cause they always do that this my last chance I done coming here
The fried rice house special was amazing. U have to try it.
Placed an order, they say they never got it and turn around door dash drivers daily but can’t help me, the answer was I don’t know what to tell you and hung up the phone thereafter doesn’t answer the phone, what type of business is this? Disgusting owner too
I hate to leave a low rating for businesses, but the rating is based on their overall customer service.Their service definitely needs to be completely revamped. The staff and the Owner is extremely rude, she cursed me out over the phone once because I addressed the mishap with my order.The food is better than all of the Guyanese/ chinese restaurants in the Bronx. However, its not worth the terrible customer service.Leaving this review isn't to give the business a bad reputation but to atleast bring it to their attention that their food is good but they need to do something about the way the address issues and speak to people.For a business to thrive a great customer experience is what it requires.
Why do they always give less chicken??Correction! thanks for the response back! It was mostly the jerk chicken fried rice that we always got SLICES of chicken. The regular fried rice comes with enough chicken. But I was disappointed with the jerk!
