I ordered from here because I wanted to do something other than pizza for a change and I boy do I regret picking this restaurant. Everything was way overcooked and had a weird flavor like they were sprinkled with motor oil or something. No condiments. Sauce all over the outside of the burger so the bun was soggy. Just disgusting all around. Wound up ordering a pizza anyway, seriously considering becoming a vegetarian, can't get the taste of motor beef patties out of my mouth

Last time I went I was not impressed. Decided to give it a second try since my friend was here from out of state. Table was sticky, place seemed dirty, dark n dingy. Good was nothing special. Second visit will be the last!
Hey, I was parked at the light, pressed the map for the nearest restaurant, and pulled over when it said Burger Time was right next to me. I made a good, spontaneous decision. Nice staff, quick, attentive, and nice. I opted for the Bison Burger, which is between Pita Bread, if you're not in the mood for a lot of bun plus tomatoes, lettuce, and red onions. Nice, fresh and put together neatly. There are a couple of tables to the front and a few booths to the back. There is also a junk box (the modern kind, not the old diner types). There is beer in the bottle and a couple on tap. Check it out. They have a burger for everyone on the menu.
This place has the best burger in the Bronx, I recommend it. Totally worth it, and the place is very cozy and urban l like the vibe of Burger time.
Great food, although if you're ordering out get ready to call back for a missing item. Without fail there is always a drink or sauce/dressing missing 9 times out of 10. It's to the point where we have to hold the delivery man hostage while we check the bag before they leave.
Do not give your time or money to this establishment. The owner is very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I ordered on GrubHub for my disabled mother and they refused to deliver the food to my door even though they charge a $3.99 delivery fee!! My mom was unable to go downstairs to retrieve the food. The owner told me his driver cannot come upstairs because of Covid. I asked if they could just at least leave the food in front of my apartment door (contact less) and they refused. I was told by the owner to call GrubHub and request my refund, either way, he said that he did not care because he would still get paid. This is unacceptable treatment for lackluster and overpriced food.

Looked kind of obscure from the outside , but when you enter the inside is quite quaint and spacious. Also we were served without delay and the food was really good.
you ghetto a$$ trashy restaurant this place charged me 53 dollars for two cheese burger orders ... and sent me a side order of fries and a side salad. refused to send the right food when I called. do NOT order from this place. the plates are fking see thru. what kind of junkie packs a burger into a bag , sees there's no fking burger, and continues on their job?! you bag burgers!!!!!! how can you get that wrong ?!
