I had fun with my friend and the guy at the counter was nice. I only removed a star because I would like a mirror in the bathroom lol and I didn't try the food, so I can't help you there.
Cash ONLY!!! No ATM!! What business does this in 2022 during post-covid restart. The Bar is also CASH ONLY!!! The location is Not Safe if you are using public transportation. It's in the middle of tractor trailers and mobile homes alley. Bring your own disinfectant.
Not what it used to be. Very limited bowling balls, only offer pizza at the kitchen, vending machines may steal your money. It’s functional but the owner should consider remodeling and adding some love to that place.
Love this
The place is awesome. Never been before. Very nice lanes. Great atmosphere. Employees are very attentive and helpful, polite. Can't wait to go back.
Great environment for family get together and fun times with friends. I only gave it 4 stars just because of cash only transactions. Besides that everything else was great.
Disappointed on the overall atmosphere of the establishment it Should be shut down. The list of red flags are endless. The place is cash only and your nearest atm is 3 blocks away. They out source their food in bunk from a local pizza shop and upsell a pie to 25 dollars for a plain pie 30 if you want pepperoni. Beers are kept in hand me down coolers found in a old baseball field. There were no drink selection menu of what they had, you just eye ball it from standing on a stool. The lanes weren't functioning properly. We asked for a refund on a partial game but were met with a no refund policy. The establishment puts you in danger i was patron having to defend myself from another patron because they got their belongings got stolen. The owner was present. a old senior man with grey hair and he doesnt seem to know what customer service is anymore he iust super seeds their employees every actions making sure hes not losing giving away too much ice for a beer bucket. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Had fun, a bit hot and they had no food other than pizza. It was an ok visit.
Went here on a Saturday evening around 5pm. The line was really long (as to be expected on a Saturday) and there was only one cashier. She was working pretty fast, so it was no big deal. My issue is that shoes were being returned and distributed to other patrons without being sprayed with disinfectant. Pandemic or not, that's definitely unsanitary. Ok, let's get past that....the equipment is extremely old and outdated. Whenever it was the next person's turn to bowl, the pins from the last person's turn would still be there....as opposed to having a fresh set. Smh. I had to keep going to the cashier to have her reset the game. After the third time I was about to just ask for my money back. You couldn't even enjoy the game.I live in the area and it's really sad that when there are establishments in the urban communities, we are subjected to subpar service. Im just going to keep going downtown and to Westchester County to bowl.
Gentleman took very good care of me and my kids, was very courteous and helpful to everyone as he was alone for the early part of the day dealing with the show rentals lanes and bar and food.
