It was reunion as the two customers congratulated the server on her promotion to general manager of the store. That was very ?
The workers work hard and do a good job . I give 4 stars cause the turkey was hard. Turkey is the best . .
We went on a weekend at a slow time so the environment was quiet and relaxing. Food was great and staff was helpful.
Staff is friendly, food is overall the same, decent place to pick up your to go.
The wait was an hour an 53 minutes for chicken, no other meat was available, they were pleasant but didn't even offer you anything for waiting, alot of us were waiting, some left and kept coming back. To put oil in the fire, a 1/4 white chicken dinner now is $15.99 and $1 extra for added if you want sweet potato casserole or spinach as your side... Absurd... Like really. Then, the real icing on the cake, a homeless man came in, went to the fountain machine that was clearly working, but had an out of order sign on it, grabbed a leg cup, filled it with soda and left!!!Few minutes later the employee went to use it, we stopped him, told him to clean it, down first... Omgoodness!!!!. I will be cooking back in my house like I have been doing, thought I would treat myself and not cook, that's not working. ??♀️??♀️?
Who ever was the manager feb 12 2022 at 8pm is real gehtto an rude . She kicked me and my girl out and said there's no in door dining which is not true or that dine is closed . If the doors close st 10 dine in close at 10 . Simple I called Boston Market then selves she need to go

Horrible place ..wouldn't spend money here ever again..1st time I ordered a whole rib was missing...2nd time I order the workers had me standing there for 5min..the store was empty and they were worried about cleaning ..after my order was served it was placed at the counter and noone brang it to the front to be charged..another employee was like hey take his food to the registered..this is why I don't buy food from ghetto area..ghetto area ghetto employee..
Placed an order online and it said it would take 18-23min, 30min later I asked the staff and they kept asking my name and 10min after they started making my order. What's the point or online ordering if they don't make it. Guys from GrubHub or UberEATS walk in and pick up orders quick and yet I'm still waiting for my food
