I ordered my Boston Market from Active Menus and it was on time and delicious!? I would definitely recommend this service and order this way again!
Never again! I used to love Boston Market and haven't had it in a few years, and it was definitely a different experience. I paid $21 for a regular meal with one additional side. The food was cold and not as tasty as I remember. What a waste of money. Never again!
Food was bland and restaurant wasn't clean. On the bright side Customer Service was wonderful
They should fire everyone except the tall African American guy and the Manager Keisha, the rest of that staff is for the DUMPS!!!
I visit this location often. Ive had a few issue with the food but I continued to patronize. I went yesterday to get some food for my kids and was served by a young lady that seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. Aside from that, some of the food items looked crusted over as if they’ve been sitting for a while. I ordered two meals and an additional side. I was charged reg price for the additional side when the menu states an additional side is less when you add it to a meal. While trying to pay she made the hand gesture as if she was rushing me when I was the only one in the store. Customer service is definitely lacking here. I don’t know if I’ll be back.
At this location, this would be the third time today that I’ll stop by after work & it’s closed an hour before closing. The sign clearly states open monday through saturday closes at 10pm and it already has been closed at 9:05pm
