Great service, employees were great, i just wish their milkshakes wasn't so loose/ thin. I know if it was too thick you can't get it out the straw but can we have it right in the middle please ???...??

The first two times we went by the line was out the door....so we passed. Then we stopped several times after that and the line moves quickly.
Long, long wait, but well worth it! The ice cream was sooo good and lots of great flavors. Great old-time feel once inside. Definitely add this to your must-do list in NY
Excellent ice cream - and they were right, the line moves quickly. I had butter pecan and it was excellent. American tradition for many years - don't miss this opportunity to experience deliciousness.
