Best iced coffees ive ever had
If you want COVID come here tried a sample of ice cream. I wanted to try another sample they took the same spoon I had in my mouth and put it in the other flavor. We confronted him about it but he just said we clean the hardware and that we’re not even supposed to give you guys samples.
DO NOT GET ICE CREAM FROM HERE. I went in around 11pm to grab ice cream and tried the caramel turtle truffle ice cream and the employee asked for our spoon back when we wanted to try love potion (the flavor of the month). My boyfriend and I assumed he was going to throw it out, he took the same spoon we ate from and dipped it in the love potion pint and gave it to us. I then asked him what the heck he was doing in my language and left. THIS IS CRAZY. YOU CAN NOT DO THAT IN A PANDEMIC. Dunkin’ donut/Baskin Robbins needs to hire people with common sense and decency. SO INCONSIDERATE! So unsanitary, I’m disgusted.
Order was wrong and I was overcharged. Ordered small iced latte and later received a medium. They like to sneak in things when you order. Guy on the register has to be retarded or something. Make sure to check your receipts or else your asking to be ripped off.
There should be a holiday celebrated when your order is correct.

The night crew on 3/8/19 around 9:30 PM was terrible , first of all they don't speak English well I asked for the ice cream under the ice cream that has been exposed to the air. She told me that she couldn't do it because the ice cream was too hard . So I asked her to get someone else , so s guy from the back came out and he did not give me a full cup and they both had nasty attitudes. I will avoid going to this location. Instead I'll go to The Baskin Robbins in Bedford Park
