Absolute favorite place to get bagels and sandwiches. Great hard workers, super friendly and nice staff.
The bagels used to be fresh and they kept them up front in the display case. Now they hide the bagels in the back and they ain't fresh . very stale bread . thanks for wasting my time and money. Took ten minutes to butter a stale bagel. Not going here again . this is why business can't make money poor service and products!. I have had way better bagels . What is the problem?
Great service n fast paced with the clients, but i have noticed that the quality of their bagels is not the same, it's poor now. Don't know who is baking the bagels now, but they don't taste as good as before, specially the cinnamon raisin bagels, don't have but two raisings inside n the dough is hard n has no taste. Two days ago i got 15 bagels n my family was disappointed. Please don't change the quality of your bagels, raisins are not that expensive.
Waited 10-15 minutes for my order which was a bacon egg and cheese on a roll… Not only did i pay $7 thinking i was awaiting a nice and warm sandwich for breakfast, But i was dumbfounded to my surprise when my 10-15 minutes of waiting was met with a “ oh you didn’t get you’r order yet?” Obviously one could see my anger and feel for me, I am highly disappointed that my only compensation was a plain bagel (uncut) and a “we can refund if you like” which was un optimal seeing i paid with card. Very outraged and and left with a taste of disgust after ordering from bagel shop. They will not be seeing my service anymore and i highly recommend being careful for any other customers.

Be careful and count your change especially if your money is given folded. Gave her a $20 got two $5 's back. Stole $5. Be weary!!
