I love this place! The bowls and bagels are amazing and if you go here you definitely have to try the Lavender macchiato which is sooooo delicious and unique.
Very cure place. I bought a standard onion bagle with cream cheese and an iced coffee. It was pretty good. If I'm ever in the area I would grab something from here again.
First time ordering from Bagels and Cream. I ordered for delivery and it was very unsatisfactory. Coffee was less than average and bagel with cream cheese was sloppy and cold. Probably wouldn’t order from here again.
The people who work here are rude. I will no longer be bringing my business here. I told them they forgot to put the two bagels in my order so they make it seem like it is my fault. They are a 15 minute drive away from me and I tell the guy so I ask can I pick up my bagels next time and he says no, how else are you going to get your bagels if you don't come and pick them up? You expect to drive 30 mins to get the two bagels instead of you doing good business you could have said, Oh sorry we forgot to put the bagels in your bag but next time you come and order we will include them. So for $2 you throw away a good customer on something that costs like .10 cents to make. Real smart.
as a past worker of bagels and cream i can say this place is disgusting. the owners wife is rude and uptight. the place has rats and bugs. the bagels are stale. however abdul(a worker there) the nicest person i’ve ever met. i would’ve quit sooner if it wasn’t for him
Most definitely do not recommend. I was running late to work this morning and grabbed something quick to eat from here… tell me why my cream cheese tasted expired. I also had a muffin which felt like it’s been left out for days. Food was so nasty i had to stop at a mcdonald’s on my way to work and use the restroom .
Worst. Bagels. Ever. I came in here one morning hoping to have a decent breakfast but when I ordered a sandwich the lady working there threw it at my head and the proceeded to drag my out the store BY MY HAIR while calling me a “hungry monkey”.
This is my favorite bagels in the Bronx. Their smoked salmon bagel its a 10/10
A wonderful experience. But the only problem is a vaccination permission slip.
