My experience wasn't that great in the beginning due to the kitchen staff. I ordered the clubhouse sandwich with no cheddar and it came with cheddar. They replaced the sandwich only for it to come with no bacon this time. The manager Eladio was nice and refunded my meal without me asking. The waiter Elias was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Even though the kitchen messed up the front end staff kept exceptional service going!!!! Thank you!!
Ralph took me for my Birthday, after driving over five hours from Upstate New York, I was very hungry, I requested a window booth, because it was snowing, the waiter, his name was Mose. His service was exceptional and the staff even sing and wish me a happy birthday with a slice of chocolate cake. The food was Delicious! as you can see I could not resist capturing the memories. I would recommend this Location anytime and ask for Mose, make sure you give him a good tip too.
I go here quiet often with my boyfriend & his friends & we usually sit in the same area so half the time we have the same server which is Moses absolutely best service every single time we go . Always attentive , Awesome customer service, always a delight to have him as our waiter. Very hard working always moving taken care of multiple people at once and manages it very well .If anyone ever goes there I personally recommend you guys ask for him personally trust me you won’t regret it . One thing that personally made me very upset last night when I went was how the manger that was on shift last on April 8 around 11pm was absolutely unprofessional Moses and him were having a conversation that should have not been had in front of customers should’ve been a private conversation . Not everyone is 100% every single day people are allowed to have off days we’re human not robots. I understand that work is work and you leave you’re personal stuff at the door but that doesn’t excuse that behavior Doesn’t matter who was right or wrong if you are a manager you need to handle things professionally and nothing but that .
I been in all the Applebee's in the Bronx in the past few months and they all seemed ghetto. This one is NOT. It's actually a cozy spot with a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were good as far as I know. I would actually bring a date here...not them other ones in the BX though...oh no.
Service was good, food is decent. But I can't seem to wrap my mind about how overpriced they are...
This Applebees is so so. The staff is friendly but the food isn’t the greatest. There was also a foil wrapper with gum in it on our table when we were seated. I don’t think we’ll be coming back to this location anymore.
Two of us walked in together looking for our party. The host greeted us warmly (after checking for our vaccinnation status of course) and pointed us in the direction of our party. We got to the bar and the sever/bartender was very quick to take our orders. I like fast bar service. After our food was ordered, I thought the bartender did a great job moderating her "wellness checks" with us. Drinks were filled, food was hot and jokes were made. A good time indeed.This was actually my first time at this Applebee's location - a good first impression was made. :)
Cleaned place nice waiters good food good price especially the 2 for $22.00 they sing birthday ? for son our family ? was very happy overall and alot of parking
Worst sit down breakfast experience ever! It was expensive! The menu consisted of one page and the food was not good. It was a Sunday morning. The place was not very busy at all. The breakfast potatoes were more onions and peppers than potatoes. My wife's waffle was of a very dry, crumbly consistency--not good. The gentleman at the front, not only asked for my proof of vaccine--typically, a photo of my card--but also to see my I.D. Very Bronx and not in a good way! If the card is fake my I.D. proves nothing! Not everyone carries I.D. or is required to. The place was clean and looks nice, but that's about it.
Frozen celery on appetizer plate. Cold broccoli with entree. Beware. The so-called riblets were inedible. Bits and pieces and shards of bone in every mouthful. Totally disgusting. Will not be returning.
