Ever walk into a restaurant and get a good vibe, look at the menu and it all looks good. They have pastelon?! Pasteles!!? Gandules con coco!Ok I’m in! Tamarindo!!The food was delicious! The decor was very homey, And welcoming. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Prices are very reasonable.

First time visiting this little gem right in our neighborhood! Can't believe we've never been here. We loved it! The Dominican decor was very nice. The food was great. I asked hubs what he thought of the rice and beans. He says "I think my mom's back there cooking."I think that says it all! We'll definitely be back!

Food was amazing! Service was great! They were so nice. My family went around closing time and they were still so nice and the food was fresh. Loved the experience. The restaurant is very cute with Dominican decorations. Felt like I was back in DR. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Definitely coming back when I return to New York.

Love this place. The decor is so cute. The food is amazing and our server Francisco was very nice and attentive. Would highly recommend

The place is amazing, the food is very delicious and the drinks too, the staff is very polite with the people, I definitely go back to this place….

First time with my wife and we like the a ambience.. The food and drinks was on point but the service was so so... the servers and kitchen staff need to have better communication with each other.

This Spanish food is so good! The ambiance of the restaurant is that of a restaurant on a Caribbean beach. They even made the paint inside look like it's been through years of wear and tear on the beach. I would say do not come with a big party, maybe 4 maximum the inside is not so big. Def recommend for takeout/delivery.

What a gem my best friend & I discovered in the Bronx. The food was very delicious and fresh! The owner answered our questions and made recommendations. Our waitress was great! I had fried red snapper with coconut rice & pigeon peas in an amazing sauce with fried yuca in an onion sauce. OMG, soooooo good! My bestie had Dominican spaghetti with monfongo & cheese also in an amazing sauce. We truly enjoyed our food and will be returning with family. You have to visit Ajo y Oregano. Thank me later!!

Restaurant is basic. Their claim to fame is serving the food in pots. That’s is all. Basic taste, and portions are cheap. No liquor served and the waitress messed up our order 3x. The location on the restaurant is between building so you might get seated between 2 random buildings.

I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The food is delicious they have lots of varieties. The customer service is great. My waitress Karina was so nice to us and understanding. I'm definitely coming back !! I'm beyond satisfied 100%
