When I get there it was 2 females working. I wanted an ice cream so she told me it was self serve. I grab the cone and I realized it didn't have the cover paper where you hold the cone. So she comes check one that has it and put the one I have in my hands back. Sorry for the next person who's taking that cone.We also order yogurt she handle all the cups to me with the spoon ready to eat mind you it was 3 cups plus my ice cream cone so I tod her to please give my the covers for them . I took out the spoons gave it to her while she's giving me the covers thinking she will give me new spoons. Instead she took napkins grap them up and handle them to me. I was so disappointed I discard them before exiting the store. Im sorry that was my first time and my last time visiting that store.
The yogurt and variety of tops is good however unfortunately it comes down to cleanliness for me. The scale, counter and spoons for the topping we’re all dirty. It was hard to bring it to the young lady behind the counters attention because between the loud music and her waving her hand as if she was being bothered. This place was my favorite when it opened because of the friendly customer service. But now I suggest going early during the day for best customer service.
I like this place for their frozen yogurts and drinks but they make the WORST açaí bowls ever. It’s super watery and sour and they put pomegranate flavored frozen yogurt in it. Which I find strange and possibly unhealthy if the frozen yogurt contains added sugars.Note: this was picked up in store so it shouldn’t have been soup like.
Always tasty and so many toppings to choose from! Nice place to have in the area.
I have been ordering from them for about a year now through Door Dash and they have consistently gotten worse. I called and a young lady picked up who had a terrible attitude. I don't believe this place should be supported and they probably look down on us because of who is ordering from them.If you want quality, go to Chinatown or support other establishments.
I came in and ordered an açaí bowl and in turn received a melted mess. I called and when was told that the açaí bowl was supposed to be like this. I was then told that I had received a bowl that was made early and pomegranate was added to it. I did not ask for pomegranate and was not informed about this while it was being made. So not only did I not receive a freshly made bowl it was basically melted from the moment I left the store.The pictures below is what I received straight out the bag. If I could add video you would see just how runny it is. Definitely not worth $11. It sucks because I usually come here and enjoy what I get.
Placed an online order. Paid almost $20 for 3 32 oz cups and they came less half full. Tried calling. No one picked up. You’re better off going in person to get your money’s worth. Had to call grub hub because that was almost $63 total. The nerve of these employees. SMH. Sticking to Peachwave. Photo below you will see that The amount of yogurt they put is enough to fit in a 8 oz cup and they wanna charge almost $20 for this in a 32 oz cup via grub hub. Oh no. The audacity. Hasn’t even been touched prior to the photo.
LOVE this place. It’s been under new management for quite some time. Such a huge difference. So many options to choose from. Do I want FROYO, Ice cream, Smoothie, Juice bar, shake, bubble tea?? They are all so GOOD. Tonight I went for the açaí bowl and it was worth it. Highly recommend especially for late night snacks. Customer service is always on point, so clean, and such a welcoming place to be in.
Really disappointed in them. Ordered thru Uber Eats at 10:30pm, clearly states you have until10:40 to place your order because they close at 11pm. The order was set to arrive at 11, then updated to 11:10, then just disappeared and they cancelled my order with no excuse. How do you do that to people? Not sure if this is on 15 Flavors or Uber Eats but really annoyed by the way this was handled.
