This restaurant was not very clean and bathrooms needed upgrades. A/C was down which adds to a sense of deterioration. My order was somehow lost which gave me more time to stand in front of the counter. During that time, I noticed that the manager gets called quite often for unnecessary reasons. I think my food might have been mistakenly taken by a young lad working the afternoon shift and taking his lunch break. No biggie... In general, staff is nice, but it just seems like they need to get things together. Food is the average Wendy's quality.

Today this location was understaffed, and so busy. Customers were being unbelievably rude to staff (even though they were doing everything they could) and they took it like champs, were professional to rude patrons, as well as did their jobs the best that they could. Applause to you all!
I love Wendy's but I'm tired of driving to this location, seeing people eating inside, parking and walking over to the door just to find doors locked. I understand everyplace is shorthanded, but if you've got time to lock the door, you've got time to hang a "Drive Thru Only" sign!
By far the worst Wendy's I've ever stopped at. There was something slimy all over the bathroom floor. I asked for my receipt to which I was ask if I wanted her to unscramble it off the floor. Said floor behind the counter littered with trash.
Snippy little girl at the window must really not like her job its OK sweet Thang we ate burger King French fries instead u can keep your I'm better than thou additude butill warn u one day you gonna catch the wrong one on the wrong day!! Everybody (mostly there in evenings is great, except u can go to the top with yer frostys yall!!) Normally is grrrrreat!
We asked for NO tomato's or pickles and they put them on our burger anyway. I got a salad and they gave me a knife but no fork. The food was fine but the Avocado salad had a squirt of green stuff about the size of a 50 cent piece on it. No Avacado!
Can't mess up a burger...even if you ask for extra pickles..and you get 3. ORDER Extra EXTRA Extra x3 of pickles, to get what you want. Don't expect them to remember straws or napkins in your bag, look before you leave.
I ordered the bourbon bacon burger and I get no fried onions or bacon on it! I get back in line and explain they say pull ahead. The one girl tells me that’s how the burgers supposed to look! WTF? I explain it was missing the toppings and she says no one else complains! But finally says she had no tangled onions and IF I WANT TO WAIT SHE CAN MAKE SOME!!!! WTF? She finally gets the manager who really doesn’t give a crap about anything I’m saying. She refunds the money. That’s it. I would definitely say avoid this place. They lie and cheat you out of the correct menu items being made correctly! Also very bad customer service.
Service was good they're also very friendly The line for the drive-through is amazingly along though I would recommend trying to go in if you can whenever you can go in and instead of waiting in that you got for second line but it's not just one designs or long I'll check these lines anymore I've been extremely long
