Prime rib was excellent staff really friendly great atmosphere

Excellent meal and great, friendly service.

Great food great service. The prime rib sandwich was one of the best I've ever had.

Amazing! Never disappoints with the freshest of beef and terrific service! Innovative specials and a homey atmosphere make for a perfect evening!

First timers, had an excellent meal. Cooked perfectly. Desserts were amazing. HUGE shrimp ?. Will definitely be going again.

Tucked away on a West Side Binghamton corner, The Beef is a restaurant that doesn’t stand out from its environs. Inside it’s simple doors however is a standout dining experience. We stopped in on a particularly busy Friday evening and had to wait a while for a table but the wait was worth it. The honey and horseradish shrimp appetizer’s sauce was flavorful and didnt drown out the flavor of the shrimp. As for the prime rib, I haven’t had a better one in several years. Add to that generous servings of crusty bread and the dining experience overall was superb. Staff was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was that one would expect - and enjoy - from a true neighborhood pub

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s day. We were very disappointed. He got the prime rib and there was no seasoning at all, just plain and gross. I got some steak which was just ok. Sides were meh, nothing to write home about. I had higher expectations for this place given what I had heard about it before. Don’t waste your time or money. Burger king would’ve been a better Valentines dinner.

An extremely popular restaurant, but very crowded and very noisy. My friend and I sat at the bar and had great service. The cream of mushroom soup was delicious and a bowl, rather than a cup, was served with dinner, so that was a bonus. The special panko crusted orange roughy looked delicious and was according to my friend, but my 12 oz delmonico steak, while cooked perfectly, was not flavorful at all. Disappointed the steak didn't live up to the restaurant's name.

This was my first time eating here. I first heard about this fine eatery on the radio (COOL 106.7 runs commercials for them), & was also told by friends, after asking around, that it was definitely worth a trip. After my visit here tonight, I can definitely say that this is very true. The beers were excellent, as was the flatbread bruschetta appetizer. The Delmonico steak was cooked & seasoned to perfection, as was the loaded baked potato with sour cream & bacon, & the brussel sprouts. I also had the New York cheesecake for dessert, which was literally melt in your mouth. The atomsphere was very pleasant & laid back, & the servers were very attentive. I give this restaurant 10 stars out of five, & I will DEFINITELY be returning in the very near future. Mr. Kevin Grace, you run a excellent restaurant, & I can't wait to stop by again

Went to Bingo for parents weekend and found this old school steakhouse. The chef & wait staff were spot on. Knowledgeable and quick. Our group tried a bit of everything from prime rib to scallops scampi. They did not miss. No reservations available, but were seated at 530. By 600 not a seat available. Decor is old school too but I'll take great service & food any day over that! I ran into the owner as we were leaving and he was very personable. A character!
