Food is always as expected, service is usually fine. My only complaint is that they tend to run a little slow and I assume to avoid running up the clock on service time, they'd prefer to send waiting cars to park and wait for their food, rather than just let them stay in line for the extra minute it takes to get the food out to them. If we're timing service it really should be from order to delivery of goods. This isn't the fault of the employees, but rather unrealistic expectations from what I assume is a corporate level.

The drive through person has recommendations for our kids based on their own kids' pickiness, so that was nice.

Someone ordered a frozen drink and drove off, so they gave it to me for free. The rest of my order was good too. No complaints. Will definitely be going again soon.

It’s not bad but they definitely could do with making the food look more appealing and filling up the drinks to the top !!!

I waited 20 minutes for an order I did on there tablet and then when I asked about my order one of the girls is arguing with me that they called my name. And to top it off the order was wrong.Horrible place Never going to this spot again.

I'm always missing an item with my orders or I never get the sauces. Third time without any sauce and the tacos were shattered I couldn't even pick it up. Good flavor tho.

Ordered the bell breakfast box with bacon instead of sausage and still got sausage even though it was a mobile order and clearly written. The burrito was slightly burnt. The breakfast box comes with the Cinnabon delight coffee which I heard the manager tell the staff that they were out of and then they just gave me a different coffee without telling me they substituted it and with what. Was not acknowledged until I was standing there for a full 5 minutes even after the website said my order was ready to be picked up.

I placed an order on the app, and when I arrived they told me they had a system crash and they can’t complete the order. They told me I would receive a refund, and I did not. I was charged $32.23, and never received the food or a refund. I wouldn’t trust the app and definitely don’t trust the employees if they say you will receive a refund after midnight if the order is not picked up. It’s bogus. I called Taco Bell customer service and they said there is no such policy, they said if you receive the email order number then you will be charged. I am still waiting to hear back regarding the refund, but it’s been 3 days with no update or refund.

The food was delicious I'll give them that! But they did mess up my order multiple times . They didn't put my one taco in my bag. And then i noticed they messed it up after I had brought it back to them. And then once more them had messed it up. It wasn't a difficult order I asked for either.

Taco Bell is known for Baja blast Mountain Dew… or just mountain in general but they were “completely out” the three people at the drive thru window were absolutely rude and pathetic when it came to customer service. So good job on the one star. You don’t even deserve it.
