If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I ordered 6 tenders, a side of rice, a side of mashed potatoes, and 2 biscuits for $12, which is an incredible deal, right? yeah it would have been if that’s what I actually got. Instead, I got 5 sad tenders and a side of rice that looked looked like it was half eaten, and one biscuit. No other side and no other biscuit. At least they gave me a straw, even though I didn’t order a drink. Biscuit ain’t bad tho.
This Popeyes must be under new management or new staff, because the service has done a complete 180! 6 months ago it would have taken me 30 - 45 min to get a wrong order, and now the last 2 times I've gone it has been nothing but pleasantries, fast, and accurate food! If you were turned away from here before I urge you to give it another shot! Great job all around!
A typical urban Popeyes. I was a bit befuddled that the dining room/ counter closed at 7 PM, but the drive-thru (which I typically avoid) service was polite.
Haven't been to Popeyes in years. Place was a bit unorganized but the food was great! Service was good as well.
Fair prices. Good size servings. There chicken sandwich is the best & tastiest! I give four stars as the Chicken gravy is very spicy. I don't like it at all.
Would rather go to Kentucky or across the st to Kennedys fried chicken. I'm not a fam of the dirty infested mongrel yard bird anyhow. What I like I the sides. I get some extra biscuits and an extra large container of coleslaw, this particular day my ride ordered one of those big bucket family feast deals which was supposed to come w 2 LARGE SIDES. I did my usual large coleslaw and order of biscuits and when I returned home found they had giving us 1 large and one of the small containers that the gravy comes in and a box with 3 biscuits that almost broke my teeth. You would think for the price u pay you would get what u ordered. Sub par food to begin with....
Messed up my order, even though it was easy, forgot to put my biscuit in the bag and the soda mix was off. Even took quite a long time to get the food. Worst experience at a Popeyes
This place is terrible. Worst service ever. I’ve given them chance after chance. No more. I’m never giving this place my money again and hope the owner goes out of business because management is trash
The chicken is good. The prices are high. We ordered the 3 piece wings meal and the tenders meal....the wings are not worth $10. The tenders were also overpriced. I believe it was $12 for the meal. Still it was different, and I may stop again for the unique breading.
While picking up an order for a box of mixed chicken we waited 45 minutes. In this 45 minutes we saw people come and go with no food, the man at the front register was not doing orders in order and kept sliding a few to the side. The girl at the drive thu with the black and white braids was the cherry on top. She was in the bathroom, with the head set on, taking orders and did not even wash her hands!!! This the only popeyes around but go across the street to Kennedy's, way better service and you don't have to deal with girl's attitude because she hates her job.Good luck to anyone trying to get popeyes, atleast til they get more than 5 workers....
