Poor customer service from employees to the manager! Stay away! Go to Rossi’s or another pizza joint that appreciates and knows how to treat their customers! Please read the other reviews below from others who have had similar experiences! It doesn’t appear that the owner(s) care or appreciate their customers otherwise they’d hire decent people who know how to treat people and who know how to cook! The Main St Binghamton location gives a horrible name to the Nirchi’s name!
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. Not only did they get the entire order wrong (wrong drinks, wrong pizza) when I asked politely for just the drink order to be fixed, I was told I'd have to "throw it away first." I attempted to hand it back, but the waitress snapped and yelled out to throw it away, pounting at the garbage can across the room. Then the two girls mocked myself and my family from behind the counter while we ate. We will not be back, nor will anyone we speak to. Nirchis, you seem to have a lot of one-star reviews naming rude waitstaff- do you think it might be a good business practice to resolve this issue?
They're really nice and the food is yummy! And unlike some of the other Nirchi's, there's no weird, whiny signs posted.
I just called this restaurant to order pizza and wings for a friend that lost her daughter I live in North Carolina and was trying to order for my friend that lives in Binghamton terrible customer service the lady that answered was very rude and obnoxious when asked to write a simple message from Tammy on the box or receipt she told me she couldn’t guarantee anything she could pass on the message if it was there it was there if it wasn’t it wasn’t is exactly what she said with a rude attitude. Once this happened I told her forget it that I would order from somewhere else and she screamed into the phone oh uh huh yep have a nice day. I would never order from here again terrible customer service non-caring and just disgusted by this persons actions.
I usually like this pizza place but recently it has just gone downhill! I ate a couple bites of chicken bacon ranch and there was BONE I spit out ….gross ! also whoever Morgan C is that works there is trash!

Very good place to eat. Employees and food are great.
Waited 2 hours for delivery when I live within 10 minutes. I called after and hour and a half had passed and was only told my order was out for delivery. When it arrived the pizza was not even barely warm. Very disappointed in the service and quality for the price that I paid.

They're the only Nirchis that doesn't know how to make a decent pizza. They use too much dough and not enough sauce or cheese, they also do not cook it long enough. It's more of a weird bread, than it is a pizza. Over priced and poor quality.
