We had ordered takeout for our shop. I called ahead and placed the order , the person who answered the phone sounded peeved , I assumed he was busy and didn't want to be bothered. I ordered the Grinch; the roast beef was gray , fatty and tasted off. They had no bagels when we inquired if we could get our bagel sandwiches on bread , he said sure but instead of asking if we wanted to do that . It was a bad day for this business. We will not go again.
Wonderful place to eat and catch-up w friends. I loved it, great atmosphere, food and expirence. Yes, this place is offering a great experience.
Good ambiance, good food... Gives you a really nice cafe feeling to hangout alone or with friends during brunch time..The reason I like this cafe is because of a few really tasty VEGETARIAN options I get here.It is one of the best cafes in the area.If you go here, freshly squeezed orange juice is must try.. little overpriced but quite good.!
Delicious food, super comforting feel of the cafe. Everything is fresh . Highly recommend it to everyone (try the t.ruth sandwich, you’ll love it)
They have excellent panini with exceptional bread (which I believe are sourced from a bakery in Ithaca) and coffee! The sandwiches are made to order so there's sometimes a wait but it's worth it!
Whenever I'm in the Binghamton area I try to get here to get here for a Hungry Hiker on the multigrain role. The sandwiches are delicious!
Wonderful, creative offerings that are quite tasty, but every other aspect of the experience was disappointing. Items are relatively overpriced for what you’re getting, if you’re doing take out plan on spending upwards of 20-30 minutes waiting as there is only one person preparing food, and to top it off the guy making sandwiches was relatively curt with me specifically—not to mention, his giant, untamed beard that didn’t seem to be netted from what I could tell, although I wasn’t analyzing him too closely. Also, there is a fee (turned out to be 13% of my order) charged on orders placed via the online mobile ordering, which seems a tad obnoxious. Will likely visit again for the food, but definitely in no rush and will be calling ahead.

Everytime I go in, the food is great but I'm always charged some crazy amount and always have to ask to have it fixed. When they calculated my total for my sandwich which was a turkey sandwich with cheese lettuce tomato and mayo it was 18.50 on receipt with 2 additional 75 cent charges.. my total should have been, with the sandwich being 13.50 like she said, 40.91. Instead I payed 51.20 and she gave me 5$ back after being extremely irritated having to fix the mistake she made. I asked if she wanted my receipt back so it was easier for her to remember/ fix and she snatched it without saying a word brought me 5$. It should have been 9$ refund and when i asked about it because she ran back to the cashier I was told I'd have to ask her. Meanwhile, knowing there was an issue, the manager should have A. Helped handle it properly. Or B. Got the cashier for me considering they push you through and act like they can't fix their own mistake.. like I said good food.. poor poor poor management
I caught the employee that opens this store in the early morning on several occasions handling food not wearing gloves. It's against the health law before the pandemic but now it totally unnecessary.
