I always love it to eat at moes. You get free chips and the rice bowl size is pretty big for 1-2 people.
I love Moe’s. Fast simple food that has real flavor. Way better than Chipotle!
I waited ten minutes to be served and I was second in line. The employee started to make online orders before waiting on the people in the store.I asked why, they became combative with me and the lady who was first in line, who I was not with, was becoming just as frustrated. The next part is the best. they told us we could leave if we don't like what they are doing. What they were not doing was customer service and they were being called out on it. The other people in line were in awe, they could not believe what they were hearing. So, this lady left and the three people I was with also left. I would say that was easily 60 dollars that those employees just cost the owner. I wonder if the owner, Mr. Wilson, is aware his employees are asking paying customers to leave. I guess times must be good at Moe's when you can ask customers to leave. I had a great lunch next door at Jersey Mike's. I dropped $50 dollars there. will not be visiting Moe's again. Larry, too bad you don't know what is going on in your business.
Absolutely the rudest staff..stood in line for 10 minutes with 7 others behind me customer behind asked if we could get waited on as it was prime time lunch hour..the kid said if you don't like it you can leave..so guess what the entire line vanished and went to Jersey Mike's..your loss their gain!!
I really love Moe's, definitely a place go to place for a good quick meal.. HOWEVER! When a burrito become mostly vegetarian! They pile on everything besides the meat. One scoop, nah imma need you to add some more... Ohhh that's extra! Smh... Moe's they claim less Is more, definitely not when talking about a ?! Other than that.... Check them out lmaoo
Fast fresh service. Nice bright seating area. Attentive staff build your burrito to order. Free chips and salsa. Coke mix machine. I really like this place.
Quite literally the worst "nachoes" that I have ever had. I expect very little when going for fast food, but I do hold Moe's to a higher standard.Between both the app and website not taking my order for pick up to the atrocious quality of the food and sparse toppings, it was all around a bad time.For $15 I could have made better nachoes from the local dollar store in about the same amount of time it took to both fail ordering online and pick up. Stood there on site waiting for a while for my order to be taken as well.Save yourself some time and find a Taco Bell; they might be trash, but at least Taco Bell's food has flavor. I feel like such a "Mean Girl" posting this, but wow it was bad. ??
Waited a total of 40 minutes for my pickup order to be ready. Waited 20 Mins in the store alone. Didn't get an apology either for the delay, but they made sure they gave an apology to the lady before me. I asked "How much longer?" and the guy behind the counter checking people out replied "I have to bag it" ? There were at least 20+ customers that went through the line while I waited for my food to be "Bagged". Would've been quicker for me to go through the line then to order ahead. Wouldn't recommend ordering ahead at this place.
Worst burrito bowl I have ever had. My Granddaughter picked it up for me. No rice, no lettuce and it was stone cold. They also didn't give me the nacho. chips. It's like they didn't know how to even make their own food.
Salads at Moes unfortunately do not have the shell option anymore and they have gotten very cheap with the lettuce in the past two years. The base of a salad is lettuce. It's crazy that they only give you a very thin layer these days and even when u ask for more lettuce they sprinkle very little lettuce on top. This has happened multiple times and was my favorite thing to order. I used to love their steak salads. Other then that great customer service.
