It used to be decent here, but now the wait time is way too long. Last time I was there I waited literally 40 minutes in the drive through and the 2 burgers I got were way over done. If the price is going to go up then the quality should be better or at least stay the same and not get worse.
Placed an order at the kiosk and was prompted to select a table tent to have food delivered to the table. We sat for 15 min only to find our food sitting at the pick up getting cold. I brought it to the attention of the employee that we were not aware the food was ready, and she didn't seem to care. The restaurant was also completely out of ketchup. Every table was dirty. The manager/supervisor was unhelpful, just wandering the restaurant on her phone.
They don't have any specials at the McDonalds on front street. Only dollar menu is for a coke. Big Macs we're slammed together fries were cold will not go back this was the second experience like this. Inside is gated off drive thru took forever
Love everything about Mcdonalds....except:BIG MAC. Cmon the two supposedly 1/4 lb. Patty are so light @ then you can see through the holes in the meat. Wish the powers that be would rethink the traditional big? mac!
Staff were friendly, food came out efficiently and tasted great. Prices were low and service was good. However, there should be a drink machine in the dining area so customers can refill with ease. Otherwise no issues here.
Great location out of all the McDonald's in the area this location takes the cake. The ice cream machine has always worked and the staff seems to be on point here. Never had an issue with this McDonald's. Everything is gravy here you should definitely check it out for sure
Staff were smiling, personable and polite. There was an issue with the Frappe machine, but they immediately got to work on it to solve the problem and were very pleasant and apologetic about the few minutes of extra wait time. Very good customer service experience here today!
Hmmmm where to begin? Let's start with this is for the McDonald's portion of this location and ONLY the McDonald's portion. I go to this gas station Way too much if I'm not driving clear across town to another. But, my kids as many do love McDonald's, I love McDonald's, just not this one. They have argued with me over my own orders and have even requested to have them handle my food with no gloves. As a mother of 4 I'm accustomed to germs. But, no ... just no ... then I've had them tell me that oh my rewards points didn't work and tell me I've got to pay cash for my order (not card, cash) I've then said sure and paid cash to only minutes after leaving get the notification that my rewards points were used and I was never credited for the new points I'd get for paying cash instead of using points. There has legitimately been 1 and only 1 person in the McDonald's portion to be half human and I don't even remember her name because she never seems to have a tag but from the different uniform I'm assuming manager.
Would give 0 Stars if I could. Went to the drive-thru at this location around 7pm, never in all my years have I experienced anything to this magnitude of horrible customer service. Pulled up to the drive thru, no one ahead of me, went right to the menu and ordering microphone. A young woman employee, asked, can you hold on before taking your order. I said sure no problem. Waited literally 10 minutes, before I asked once again, hello? Is anyone there? Same woman said, we are backed up inside, continue to wait. I then waited 5 xtra minutes, again said hello? And woman again said, yes I hear you, we are busy inside… at that point I left…disgusted. As did the other 4 irritated customers behind me. This employee did not apologize, nor express any emotion, but almost with her attitude wanted the vehicles in the drive thru to drive off so she wouldn’t have to do her job. I completely understand you may be busy inside, but I too am a customer at the drive thru line, it is unacceptable to wait 15 minutes, let alone with no apologies or status updates.Also, if drive thru is unattainable due to foot traffic inside, please just put sign and say drive thru closed.Absolutely inexcusable. I am just outraged with the customer service of this branch. I wish McDonalds corporate would monitor these reviews of this branch, and intervene.
Why do I keep going to this one? Not again. They are so slow. After 20 min a guy finally walks out with our food in a bag. Sorry I don't have a tray and will come back with your drinks. 6 minutes later he finally comes back. McDonald's is cooking their fries less but these are raw and now cold. By the way they raised their prices.
