Ordered my food before work went to pick it up the one girl said they were busy will make it now.The “manager”said maybe someone took it.Had me waiting I asked what’s the verdict and then 3 of them asked me my name again.Said they could make it I said I don’t have time I’m headed to work.I work overnight was going to work 9 pm to 7 am.So I walked out with a refund. No food for work and pissed off.No I’m sorry nothing.I was stuck in traffic before I got there on 17 and I wasted gas which isn’t cheap anymore.Where is the customer service these days. The manager was terrible no concern for my no food going to work.I am sad I even thought about supporting a restaurant like this at all.
Have been there a few times and noticed that the subs weren't like before as far as the meat goes and yes I get it everything is going up due to covid! But here is a thought for local businesses everything is going up for everybody and eating out isn't a must because when I was coming up it was a once or two times a month thing, the customers that help keep these places open I am sure are having issues as well but they still come but what if they didn't then what? Just saying it isn't directed at Jersey Mike's because your subs are good just a point I think is so often overlooked! Keep up the good work!!!
Never having been to a Jersey Mike's before, I wasn't 100% sure what to expect, but there's enough to like here to warrant repeat business and it's always nice to see Binghamton have a new chain come in. The restaurant was mostly clean, nice-looking, and the service was prompt and friendly. The quality of the subs outright is also notably higher than at a place like Subway. The bad? My table specifically wasn't clean, the drinks in their fountain machine are super watered down (especially the Sobe), and the value of the size of their subs relative to their price is kind of mediocre. Their giant sub looks and sounds too big but I guess that's what you'd need to order to get a lot of food. They also have a noticeable lack of sides; mostly just chips and cookies. But overall, their subs are good enough to go back for.
Sub (chicken bacon ranch) was ok but not worth 10$ for a 7 inch, not nearly enough meat and the bread tasted old and freezing cold. It took 4 workers about 10 minutes to make it even though I was the only customer in the store. When trying to pay I was ignored by the cashier when, again, I was the only customer in the entire store. The music is also far too loud, I couldn’t hear the employees at all, and they heard my name wrong.
First time here. I like the fact that they custom cut all the cold cuts as they make your sandwich. I got the roast beef and provolone very good
My wife had brought home one of their subs and I enjoyed it really delicious. One time however during the summer I walked into the store and noticed numerous flies on their bread and cold cuts. I mean, at least make an attempt to swat them away please! Nope, that same fly food was being used to make sandwiches. I walked right out and haven’t returned since. The subways a little further up is where I go, they do a great job
If you haven't tried it yet you need to! The sandwiches are fresh, the staff is great. Ordering on the app and picking up is super simple! The hot chicken bacon ranch is delicious! The #7 cold sub (Turkey and Provolone) - is amazing! You won't regret this choice. I recommend adding bacon! Yummy!
It was a very nice sandwich. It was nice to see the sandwich assembled right in front of me but, the deli cutter that was used was used for every meat and cheese for every sandwich with no cleaning in between. Also, all the bacon that was used was just in a large metal tray out in the open air. Like I said, a fine tasting sandwich but, it's just a sandwich and a little high on the price side for me.
Love Jersey Mikes.Always great. Plenty of staff, very clean. fast. Love it! Love it! Love it!
It's a rip off, place is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy overpriced!!!! And the subs aren't any better than subways. Save yourself some $ and just go to Subway!!!!!!!!! This is their idea of a $10 sub, 7.5".
