Food was always the best.... Now so so greasy been very unhappy

This is the only Chinese place I’ll eat from. They have never disappointed me. Only complaint I have is that they are stingy with the sauces. Lol. ???
Service was great and the food was much better than most other chinese restaurants in the area. I am looking forward to ordering again!
My experience here was horrible. I would say that their customer service is zero. I had an issue with my order, I ordered a particular food and I got something instead. So I called to have it resolved and the lady simply told me there is nothing she can do about it that I got what I ordered.I had to ask again if there is really nothing she can do about it but she won’t even answer me this time. She just kept me online and won’t say anything. Got tired and had to end the call from my end.I feel People deserve to have value for their money and even if she won’t have my food replaced. She should at least be polite about it.Am never coming back here again! Ever!
This WAS my go to favorite chinese takeout until I found a piece of METAL in my food! Inside the breading of my seaseme chicken, was what looked to be a metal staple - called to inform them and had showed proof and the women knew exactly what it was "from cleaning the grill" and she thought it was no big deal. I demanded a FULL refund. What a shame, that ruined it for me and will never order from here again or any chinese place for that matter.
