Waited 10 minutes for a medium coffee this morning, then a "regular" customer comes in and gets the same size coffee immediately. When brought to the managers attention she did not care and kept telling me it was because this other customer was a regular haha, what a joke.. yeah she might be a regular, but I have a schedule to keep. Maybe this place needs management training on customer service?
I really didn't want to give them 1 star but you have to pick 1. DO NOT GO TO THE DUNKIN ON MAIN STREET IN BINGHAMTON! THEY MAKE THERE WORKER'S COME IN TO WORK SICK AND THEY THREATEN THERE EMPLOYEES TO COME TO WORK OR GET FIRED! NOW WOULD YOU WANT A SICK EMPLOYEE TO SERVE YOU? I know I don't!This is food service!
My son likes to get his declairs there along with his frozen mocha coconut coffee.

I love dunkin and will never stop going, but this location in particular has very slow service like we were in the drive-through for about 15 minutes.
This Dunkin and the one on the vestal parkway are the best. The workers are always nice, the drinks are made right, and they keep the line moving.

I was doing a moving job and needed my morning fix of caffeine excellent service and very nice service people
ordered a croissant and it was terribly packaged and was literally burnt, didn’t even taste like an actual croissant either
