Zero stars. They get my drink wrong every time and they are seriously so slow!!! And they still get it wrong!! This time I’m finally writing a review because I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and there was no caramel and the espresso was coming out of the lid all over.
Staff wouldn't let me use the women's bathroom when the men's was "broken".
I’ve gone there three time and every time they make my drink wrong, I pay extra and I still don’t get what I order
EVERY time I go to this Dunkin, their drive through is backed up, and their online orders are backed up and missing things, which makes the workers frustrated, the food and drinks half-bad, the customers even grumpier, and it is an overall terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and take the 20 minutes you'd spend waiting here, and drive to Vestal or JC
worst dunkin i’ve ever been too, i’ve had multiple problems with them from just being utterly rude to them leaving the cheese wrapper in my sandwich which i was the only person in the drive through so there was no need for mistakes like that i don’t know who is in charge of the employee but gosh something needs to happen there terrible
Just stay far away. They don’t make their donuts fresh so they have no selection by noon. The people that work there are just young and depressing. Seems like they hate their jobs and it shows for how long the wait times are and the attitudes toward customers.
Would give zero stars if I could. 2 cars at window and 2 cars in front of us. Waited 15 minutes to order large ice tea with lemon and be told “we don’t do lemon anymore”. It is summer. People want lemon in ice tea. Stay far away from this store. Wait times are unnecessary and no one seems to car!
Poor customer service. They were more concerned with having a party in the back than taking care of the customers.
Went to Dunkin expecting to wait 10-15 minutes Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru and when we got to the window they still didn’t know what our order was.
If I could post Zero stars I would . Horrendous service! 25 min waiting for 2 black coffee's! Smh... not good.Got no " sorry bout the wait", oh don't forget. Told me and probably 15 other customers " we don't have any doughnuts". Yepper..uh no. Not ever going there again.
