Excellent food and excellent service. They also sell their hot space by the bottle, and it is fantastic. Also, they offer drinks that you won't find anywhere else in the area. I highly recommend the peanut punch! Definitely stop by De Island Hut in Binghamton!

The food, service, and atmosphere are all fantastic. You'll find things at De Island Hut you wouldn't find anywhere else in the area. The Veggie Roti was out of this world, and their peanut punch is one of a kind. For hot sauce fans, they sell bottles of it, and it's worth it's weight in gold. Absolutely fantastic. We love De Island Hut!

The food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The stew beef was recommended for me and I was not disappointed. It had a nice little kick to it and paired great with the chow mein. The gentleman on the phone took the time to repeat my order back to me to make sure they had everything correct. We will be back. Thank you for a great meal!!!
Delicious!!! The beef stew was so good we couldn’t stop eating. The Mac and cheese was also a bit hit. Can’t wait to try more.

Stopped through for lunch on a road trip and I’m SO glad we did. The roti were delicious, the peanut punch was amazing. We bought a bottle of their hot sauce and are still enjoying it months later. Go!
What can I say we visited yesterday and was completely satisfied with everything we ordered. If you're looking for authentic Trinidadian Cusine look no further. This place has it all along with amazing customer service and a nice ambience. I ordered the stew chicken, macaroni pie and fried rice. And my husband ordered the chow mein, fried rice and salt fish buljol. It was delicious!! Sorry forgot to take pics. It was so good we decided to order more of the macaroni pie and doubles to take home.
We got the vegetarian roti, plantains, stir fry vegetables, and chicken curry. It was so so delicious. Highly recommend.
