This was a neat experience for a new place to tryout. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza is a New York style with a crust that has a hint of sweetness to it. The ratio of sauce to cheese was perfect and the garlic knots are homemade. They have both pastas and pizza and the pizza sizes come from small, medium large (all round) to half and full sheets. The prices are reasonable and they take cash and cards. It had a small-town pizzeria feel which is awesome.

Some say that the more things change, the more they stay the same. I have been going here since I was a teen (almost 40 years) and it has been a true fixture in the heart of Hillcrest. Excellent pizza that I highly recommend.

Hidden out of the way in Hillcrest, Bella makes an excellent pie and is a cozy place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Service is top notch and price is reasonable. Next time you're up that way give it a try you won't be disappointed.
