Came here last night for the first time with my boyfriend for Valentines weekend. Being gluten free and dairy free , sometimes going out to eat can be stressful but with all the options on the menu, I truly couldn’t have had a better experience. The entire staff was so sweet. Food and drinks came out super fast. And everything was delicious. I cant wait to come back. Thank you!
Excellent option for if you're looking for vegan and vegetarian options. Service was prompt and courteous. The decor was lively and decadent. Really enjoy my time here.
Went to Tula kitchen in bay shore with a friend. I love this place, great food and drinks always, however the staff is always hot and cold. Today I brought my 3 month old and the staff at first was very nice and accommodating as I had the stroller. After 50 minutes the waiter came up to our table and asked if we were ordering food because this wasn’t a “chill space”. Mind you, both my friend and I ordered drinks, we were catching up and were absolutely going to order food. We said that we still didn’t look at the menu and the waiter pressed us as he stated his bosses were pressing him because again he said it “wasn’t a chill space”. We felt rushed and quickly placed an order on the spot. After he left the table, we felt that this was inappropriate. I would have understood if the place was busy but it was us and another table, they were completely empty. We paid our bill and left without food. It is no way to treat a customer. Sadly, I will not be going back as this isn’t the first time I’ve had a rude encounter with staff.
Ate dinner here last night with my wife for a "healthier" date. The food was bland across all dishes that we ate. Okay, so the food at a health restaurant wasn't exciting - no big surprise there. But what prompted this negative review was that the wait staff constantly circled our table, asking us if we were finished and pushing us to leave - practically ripping our unfinished dishes from us and then dropping the check. I've never felt so rushed in a restaurant. In the end, left feeling overcharged and unsatisfied. Two stars because the cocktails were decent. Definitely not returning.
We have often enjoyed excellent meals and service at Tula Kitchen, but decided to try their catering services for our family Christmas gathering this year. We were not disappointed! The food was excellent, reasonably priced, plentiful and enjoyed by our guests! The ordering process, pick-up and serving directions were seamless and top-notch. We ordered the Turkey Meatballs/zucchini squash and the Chicken Fusilli Bowl and a side of Roasted Potatoes. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend

Good food and service. Only downside was they have garage doors to open for outdoor seating. Our table as were other tables are along that wall and since it's cold outside (doors are closed to be clear) now sitting at those tables it's VERY drafty. My back and feet were cold during dinner as was my friend across from me along that wall. Would not go back in winter unless I sit away from that side.
It was my first time there last night and it was perfect! The hostess and staff were so personable and attentive. We didn’t have a reservation, and they still accommodated us. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious and very creative. Such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back with friends!
