The service was horrible! Waited at least 5-7 minutes to get a table and then 20 minutes extra for the waiter to come and take our order. The time for the food to be prepared and brought to us took At least an hour.We ordered the salmon and it was burned over cooked and didn’t taste like it was fresh. But I have to say they were kind enough to give us complimentary food and removed the salmon. But I wouldn’t recommend coming back here. We came here at 10, took us 2 hours to get our food.
Worst Service I've ever had. It took 15mins to see a waiter. Got our food quickly. Only for the waiter to disappear again for 40mins, we just asked for the bill and even that took 20mins to pay. All because he was more worried about the DJs birthday going on at the bar then actually waiting a table. It took over an hour and 40mins to get 2 desserts a Coke and an Ice Tea.
I had ladies night out with my friends. It was a awesome experience with the music of the DJ and friendly staff.
Nice drinks. Wasnt too busy. 1st time here. Food was good. The whiskey special appetizer was awesome.
We waited for a good 15-20 mins with no acknowledgement. We leave and go to the competition and guess what, we received an acknowledgement within 2 mins of being seated. Every waiter working at the Bayshore Friday's on 2/26/22 around 8:45pm (Saturday) needs to be retrained ASAP. We will never go back to this location again. If I could give no stars I would.

Walked out..2 tables one of which was mine,45m no drinks water nada & they asked our drink order 4x.ok but nobody was thereThe other table was there longer they wanted their LI ICED TEAS IMMEDIATELY.We got up and left enough was enough.Fridays equaled Mondays....terrible
Service was decent. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. We ordered our appetizers and entrees. Appetizers didn't come out till about 20 minutes later. Entrees didn't come out at all we waited almost 20 minutes for dinner to come out so we got up and left after we had spoke to the manager. Never again will we come back.
First experience with them, the waitress didn't know what she was doing, but my guess is she was new. She even gave us the wrong bill at the end of it all, but my second experience was last night and much worse. First off, the guy completely forgot to give us our waters. It's the easiest thing and the first thing you do for every customer in literally any restaurant. Even a child would know better. They gave us our waters when we received our food. Which took 20-30 mins. The other guy helping us would ask how everything is going every now and then without any attentiveness. Just casually walk passed us and with zero contact. Then the last time he asked us was literally 10-15 feet away from our table when I had the stack of plates ready to be taken away. Our food was done, dude. It was pretty obvious. I asked for the check and paid right away because I knew they'd take 20 mins just to get that handled if he walked away. These guys don't know what they're doing nor do they give 2 damns about any of us. All you hear is them in the back gossiping and talking amongst themselves with the cooks. Barely caring that they're wasting people's time and providing horrible service. You can't even see them most of the time because they're instead in the back doing nothing. This is the WORST Friday's I've ever been on two occasions and I will never ever go to this one again. I've learned my lesson after last night. You want to waste your time and get the worst service imaginable, this is the place. I've had better service at a Wendy's in a bad part of town.**UPDATE: I did reach out to Friday's about this matter. In return, I got a $25.00 gift certificate. Which really only covers half the bill I paid, but I'll give them a 3 star instead of a 1 star for effort. I'm still not going there because of it now being an awkward situation**
Though I prefer this fridays over any other they really need to get their curb side pick up in order.. it is beyond frustrating when you click you are there and after several minutes noone comes out and you have to call.. it happens EVERY time.. why Have the option if it never works.. reminds me of McDonald's ice cream machines.. they have it and it never works. Get it together. Nice staff tho.
