Awful service! On 4/19/22 at 9:05pm The cashier couldn't do basic math so I corrected him and he was obviously not happy about it made me wait at the windows for 3 extra minutes only to give me the wrong change again. I told him what I needed in change so he then figured it out and threw it in my hand but most of it fell on the floor. I won't be back.

After ordering inside I preceded to the soda machine to select my fountain soda of choice. Which happened to be flat. I asked a young lady by the name of Alexandra behind the counter if she could pour mine from drive thru fountain cause the other was flat. Idk if Alexandra is a manager, but if she isn't... She sure Should be. Not only did she check that machine if it was also flat, but she informed me that it was also, and change all the machines to fresh supply in less than 2 minutes. Here's to my Taco Bell Super hero and employee of the year in my book 'ALEXANDRA ????' It's nice to see that customer service some'times still exists ?Thank you for caring

I wish it didn’t have to come to this but the same error has occurred multiple times at this point. I order from here at least once every two weeks, and I keep having issues with my order. I substitute the meats in my orders usually as most of my family are vegetarian by religious vow. Time and again this Taco Bell has fed my vegetarian family meat instead of beans even when I made sure with the cashier that my order substitutions were followed. More recently I sometimes don’t even get my full order. I’m tired of having to back again and again to either correct my order or ask for missing food. This is getting ridiculous at this point. I’ve even had times where I go in and give my name for the order or I tell them what order I placed through the app and they ask me to show them the screen for my order. I show them the barcode to scan and usually it’s the same employee who snaps at me and says to show her the order itself and not the barcode that they can scan to check. This is getting ridiculous at this point.

Great service but drive thru line always wll the way down main street passing cvs. Doesn't matter which day of the week it is. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes.

Got the order wrong 2 times, acted like they didn't want to be there. When I explained that my order was wrong the person acted like it was my fault and I was in the wrong.

This restaurant its unprofessional so slow takes forever big line all the way to the road and they stay in the phone they don't even care about customers omg it's the worst one

NEVER going back to this location. I ordered 4 two dollar burritos, handed my card to the cashier, I was charged for the people behind me(in the drive-thru) not once but twice! I came to get a few bucks worth of food and ended up getting charged over $70. Completely idiotic situation.

I like rhe food and the service, sometimes they are little behind but let's face it its only teenagers running the store .

It doesn't make a difference how late you come to this Taco Bell and always taste like the food is fresh & hot. Never that sitting on the lights taste. NEVER!!! This is probably the best Taco Bell on Long Island.

Chicken quesadilla and half the chicken when asked for the box they gave it to me without being the box and the tacos all over the bag and it took 40 minutes to get to the window all them are very slow and 75% of the time I'm a lot of Taco bells door is warm right and nothing is marked so you don't know who to give what to who you got to open other people's food to find out
