This place was unbelievably terrible! Not only was it too pricey for bad and SLOW service but the food also came cold! The workers were moving in a slow manner and when the food eventually came it had hair on it! Please save your time and money.

Complete disappointment. Their chicken was very fatty and bland, their french fries tasted like cardboard, and the mashpotatoes had no taste what so ever. They should definitely add something like butter and garlic to the mashpotatoes to give it some taste. Also alittle expensive for what they offer.
Best fast food Chicken on the island..!! I've hit all the Pollo camperos on Long island, and they're all great. The Bayshore spot stands out though. I got there at 10:30 a.m. because I start work early so your breakfast is my lunch, and they were already putting together called in orders. I was in and out in 5 minutes, with a bag full of happiness.! The place is super clean, the staff is super friendly and especially efficient, and the service is super fast. I recommend the eight piece mixed, half fried half grilled, and the sides and authentic Latino drinks are fantastic too.... if you're going to eat on the road, eat where the truck drivers eat.. I plan on trying everything on the menu
Food was dirty I ask the staff nicely to change it or provided other options and they reply: it’s not our problem.
Been eating here ever since I was a kid, the chicken has always been greasy, but it tastes good, the bread is really good, and the prices for the food are fine. I love their horchata, though I do believe it could use a lot more mixing since it usually ends up rather hard to drink. I love their black forest chicken and their regular chicken, the fries are okay, and overall, that's this place, good for a quick bite if there is no local KFC, or Popeye's.

They have the best chicken empanadas sweet platainos and yuca fries.
