Stopped into get a coffee, I have their coffee subscription plan. The girl tells me I'm not in the system. I've had this plan since before the pandemic started.This has also happened to me at the West Babylon location. But when I open my Panera's app on my phone and I'm logged in it shows the subscription? I was so annoyed I left without a coffee.
I think it’s quite ridiculous to send smoothies that aren’t completely sealed through UberEats during Covid and flu season. Why aren’t the bags sealed either???? How do I know that someone didn’t cough in this?
I used get salad from Panera bread, I had horrible experience several months ago. I bought another Fuji apple salad today. It’s like garbage . Will never go back to this location.
They have no customer service, and you ask they hot bread they give you cold bread, with attitude..

Haven't had a meal from here in years, thought id give it another try - Got very sick the next two days as well as my family who ate the same food. If you plan to work the next day I'd beware of what you eat here..
