The app makes it easy to order and have the food brought to the vehicle! The service is great here! Who knew??
Everytime i order food from here, they forget an item. If i order it through Doordash or Uber Eats, they always forget something. If i order through the Mobile app, something is always forgotten.
Very busy and still got food out quickly, hot, and actually very good for a McDonalds on long island
This location is by far the worst on the island. So I order the new crunchy double which would be a double cheese burger with some special sauce and chicken nuggets added to the burger. Instead of getting what I ordered, they gave me a double cheese burger with the chicken nuggets on the side in its own separate box and packets of sauce. I got home and was in disbelief cause this location seems to always mess up customers orders and then it seems as if this issue never gets fixed. Who’s in charge at this location? Unbelievable
It is always hit or miss with this location, sometimes, you will get something really good, others really bad. I can't even be bothered to give it a one star due to how inconsistent the quality of the food can be. I can tolerate mistakes, mishaps, and other tiny little issues, the thing is, it is baffling how many times my order is messed up. Frequently I would order something on the off chance that I do visit this location, and I would always have at least one thing wrong in my order without fail.If you are looking for a McDonald's hoping for consistency, do not visit this location, everything aside from the store is what it seems, staff can be nice, ordering is nice and easy with them, but the quality, as stated earlier, is hit or miss. Also, nice going with the spicy sauce on the spicy crispy chicken ;3
Every other time I go in the drive-thru they forget something or the items are just incorrect completely. This time I went back around to get it fixed. They took my bag back in, and STILL got it wrong! I'm done going to that location.
Food was great and service was nice to! I believe it was a man named Rodrigo who took my order, he offered to fill my cup with a refill and cleaned my table before I sat down!
Just had the worst experience.The worst kind of employees are the ones who hate to train new employees. They create toxic environments. I hope the cashier working the drive thru understand that it doesn’t take anything to be courteous. This is the worst experience we have ever received at this location.
Manager Called Police On OIF Veteran.Messed my order countless times and normally I would simply overlook the mistake, but when I clearly stated I had an "Egg Allergy" and discovered eggs on my breakfast order I returned the order/mistake to store and requested a refund but was completely surprised when the manager refused and called the Suffolk County P.D.Officers arrived and I informed them and McDonalds manager my vehicle was equipped with video and audio that's when the manager promptly refunded my money.Acknowledgement to the 3rd Precinct officers that responded, complete gentlemen that displayed an abundance of professionalism.
Have me waiting at 3:30 in the morning for 30 min just to tell me to come back at 5....3 X. And when you do get food the bread us hard and or the order is wrong. One less customer
