We had a reservation for 3 at 7:30. I watched as they made us sit at the bar and took a party of 5 that just walked in and sat them immediately. When we asked why they did that, they gave me a dismissive shrug and promised we would be sat soon. They just sat every available seat that they had so no seat would be available for at least an hour more. They really expected us to just wait while they took a larger party that had no reservation. Never again, better hibachi with tastier food and better service anywhere else.

My wife and her family had a nice dinner. I arrived late and sat at the bar 10-12 minutes being the only one at the bar no one acknowledged me yet 3 different servers poured drinks. I left and went to the Tap Room across the street where service was excellent ... my family met me there for drinks. Just FYI
Delicious. Called for delivery and got a quick delivery. Asked for extra sauce with my chicken hibachi meal and got everything I requested. It’s a lot of food/good deal for the cost. A+
Used to order all the time but Women in the front desk is very rude. Worst customer service ever. Stony brook kumo it is
Food is delicious as always. But avoid making a delivery order from here at a busy time (snow, rain, hurricane etc.) because the reception person would be too stressed out (which I totally understand), complaining about how many delivery orders there are now to you, and treat you very rude. You don't want to be treated like that.
