The sub was great and the workers were helpful when I wasn’t sure what to do
Not bad, but I won't be rushing back either. Their normal sandwich is only 6 inches so to me that's a tease. There chicken sandwich that my girl got looked more like ground up meat just mushed together not even real meat. But I did taste it and it was a barbecue flavor to it. But they also forgot the lettuce and tomato. All I can say is I was glad I got 2 free coupon tickets cause I definitely would have been mad to pay for it.
Been going there for the last couple years, never had a bad sub, and I have had most of them. Always friendly.

We’ve placed sub orders through the app for pick up two different times. We ordered sandwiches right off the menu, not subs with special instructions. We haven’t had one sandwich in either order that was made correctly.

I had the chicken chipotle wrap. I found it to be very salty. Not sure if it was the sauce or the meat but I couldn't finished it and did not enjoy it.
They make fresh subs. They don't taste bad. Good sub choices. I will order again.
That one worker with the glasses who wears the mask all the way up to it needs to go, the way he flings the items around the kitchen angrily, and ignores the customers. And makes you wonder if he puts the mask up that high to hide his face. The tension in this store is high. Needless to say I went to the Deer Park Jersey Mikes and no beef between workers, no boxes and tools flung, and got my sandwich on time. Stay away.
I took one of my special needs clients here today and he has trouble speaking loudly and get nervous quickly. Vito was absolutely amazing and let him take his time, introduced himself to make him feel more comfortable and made sure he got his order correct without rushing him! It boosted his confidence so much and vito even made sure to say goodbye to him before we left! Will definitely be recommending and returning! Thank you Vito!!
