The food is really delicious. I purchased the Flounder basket and hush puppies 5/13/2022 for take out. I was enjoying my food when I bit into a hush puppy and it was full of hair. I actually threw up. Tossed the whole order out. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on dut. His name was Eric, he was very nice. But I’m done with this place. Your cooks and Chefs should be wearing hair nets.
I have been coming to your Bay Shore location for the past few months at least once or twice a month. The catfish and sweet potato fries are wonderful. I never had to use the bathroom until the other night. The ladies room was disgusting ? The sink looked like no one had ever cleaned it. White sinks with black dirt rings looked horrible. The garbage was overflowing, the toilets were dirty and the floors were sticky. I know that grease gets on the bottom of our shoes, but yuk. This is totally unacceptable for a restaurant, especially since ITS A RESTAURANT!! Hire a cleaning service if who you have wont do it right. Buy some CLOROX WITH BLEACH and toilet bowl cleaner. Come on management!!!!

The food is amazing and the service is outstanding. Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about the music. It is extremely offensive and I believe they can do a lot better. Even after complaining and asking for the manager she refused to come to the table and it was up to our server Nick to lower the music while we were dining.Even the Spanish songs were very explicit and made us want to leave.
Went with my daughter to dinner here, great service, our food came super fast, Rosita was our server although she was busy she made sure and check in with us to make sure we were okay the food was tasty, atmosphere warm and welcoming also very clean
I've tried this place 3 times so far and it is...mediocre. 2 times I did take out and 1 time I dined in. I like that the times I do come here it is never really crowded so I don't feel uncomfortable with groups of people everywhere while I eat. The food though, could use some work. If you are gonna be known for your seafood boils then you need to do much better with the seasonings and sauce!! I've ordered the boil twice with their signature sauce and it was missing ALL the flavor. Very bland! And when spending $50+ on 1 boil, it better be so tasty. This was not! Ended up wasting food. The sausage I added to the boil was undercooked and not pleasant to eat. Now on the other hand, their flounder and chicken tenders baskets are pretty good and the only reason I gave 3 stars. I would only recommend those! Save your money on the expensive boils, not worth it!!
First let me start off by saying the waitor Gabriel was excellent. And also a great bartender. Food was served quickly and so delicious. No complaints at all. It was our 1st time. We will be back. Thanks
Fun dining experience that brings the south style of eating up north. I loved the hook and reel special blend sauce extra spicy. Great seafood. Waiter was really nice too.
