They rush you off the phone just to mess up your order and not give any napkins.First and last time won’t waste my money here
amazing amazing deli , they make your food with care ALWAYS never had a problem , have to order from this deli no other just got a delivery ate it all up !
Visited the East Islip location, when I first walked in I had to step over a vacuum cleaner. Three employees behind the counter & no one came out from around the counter to move the vacuum. 3-4 more customers walked in behind me and were tripping over the vacuum. I ordered the “Yankee Stadium” it was very good. The vacuum beat all though, that’s why I only rated 4 stars!!
Very slow, very expensive and they got my order wrong. I will never go back again
WORST DELI EVER!!!! My family and I found this place last week and thought wow what a great spot the first time we ordered food everything was great hot and tasty. But we were fooled cause every time after we got burnt and cold food delivered. When calling and talking to the guy (supposedly the manager) he was rude and telling me how I ordered my food then when I disagreed with him he hung up on me. I then called back and he started yelling at me telling me not to come there anymore. How do you do business with this old grumpy man that seems like he doesn’t want to be bothered by people. Well I guess I won’t be a patron anymore and I will be telling plenty of people not to get any food from this place again.
Grace Deli is a quintessential deli with great sandwiches, salads, and bagels. The best part, though is the local charm, awesome staff, and friendly owners. This is the deli to go to.

Love their food, pretty much come here bi weekly for breakfast or a sub. Bound to have a favorite something.
