Great customer service, excellent food, and clean. Owners and staff are very courtious and professional. They care about their customer's satisfaction, which is a rare find now a days. And we love the pizza!
Pizza was delicious!! The sauce was so good! The cheese was amazing !! 2 pies went flying off the table! And the service was understandable. So so friendly and welcoming.
I have tried this pizza and it is hard to bite on.
The Owner/Manager was Very Polite and Thankful. The Teen boys were Respectful and All jumped attentively. The pizza is Awesome and MY Greek Salad was Fresh and Full of Enough items.
don't eat here the food and pizza horrible the owner will or will try and sleep whit your wife and brake up a family he is a real dirt bag there a picture of the dirt bag himself

Once again, Fratellis of Bay Shore takeout dinner was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much! Everyone raved over the chicken Marsala, which was so tender you could cut with your fork; the eggplant rollatini was so wonderful and was practically inhaled, and the lasagna was the best! Oh, and the broccoli rabe was excellent, cooked to perfection. No one makes it as well! Just love this place! If you’ve never tried Fratellis, you don’t know what you’re missing. Grazie, Fratelli we will see you soon
