The only reason why I go to Dunkin is because there aren't any other coffee places around. The coffee is always sour and it tastes like it's been sitting for about a week. The food is glorified freezer section food and offers nothing of value. The only thing saving this is that Baskin Robbins is pretty good, but they get my order wrong half the time. Good thing I don't have any allergies or they're a lawsuit waiting to happen.
I really don't want to be a Karen because the ladies back there do work hard but.....everytime I'm there in the mornings, the cashier woman with the Yankees mask constantly gets my order wrong. She did it twice in one visit one day. Maybe I'm not speaking loud enough but she doesn't either. Maybe the music is just a bit too loud for her in the mornings, that's fine...but seriously, constantly getting my order wrong. And I get pretty much the same order everytime.I'm sure I was overcharged too...but since I'm not rude, I just left with what I was given.My cup was also pretty....dirty and stained, and over filled despite me asking for milk on the side (if someone asks for milk on the side, you fill the cup halfway for room) ?Can we do a little better next time?- a former barista
Don't go here they take forever for your orders their so busy doing online orders pick up orders they make the customers wait more then 10 minutes before they get to you . I went last week and the bagel I received was cold with butter I returned and then I received a burnt bagel with butter . There coffee I'd like water so light and heavy creamer that will be my last time there . I rather go to other dunkin donuts

Order on line to pick up i store,always an issue,people pick thrue bags cause no one there to pay attention or say whos bag is whos,then someone walks outbthe store with my bag,comes back because its not their order,then they expect me to take that order that who know what was done to itoutsise the store,and they get mad and a bad attitude when i say i dont want that order,they gotta make me a new one,ridiculous, but at end they gave me a new order.
Asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese and was told the ovens were off. Understandable! Asked for the bagel with cream cheese instead, got the bagel and a cup of cream cheese to go instead of it being ready to eat as I intended to do on my way to work.

This place is disgusting the employees wear latex gloves to receive the money and then with the same gloves they prepare the food, that is disgusting. I never come back to this place.
6AM Saturday, the coffee was fresh and thats the 1 star. Bought a bagel and it was OLD and chewy didn't even finish eating. I thought they served fresh items in the morning, not old bagels & there was a hair on it. Makes me wonder especially with masks being worn how it got there.
