Lol I worked there for 6 years, it was the greatest time of my life. The bad reviews are always hilarious to read because people have no idea what they’re talking about most of the time. ??? & some of them just outright make up stories lmao. Everybody always went above & beyond for customers over here including myself no matter the circumstances. Lovely memories. Best Dunkin to get iced coffee they make it right every time with my order specifics! The staff are always friendly and move quickly to get your order prepared and you on your way. Whether its a to-go or in store order there is always someone to give you a smile and make sure you have exactly what you need. I have seen the staff in this store go above and beyond to assist disabled customers as they truly care about the neighborhood in which they serve. I love their Latte's in the colder months as well!

The 3th time that I came and it's the same. I ordered curbside and they never bring my order I have to go inside and get it, even that I'm positive for covid -19 now.

Dreadful place, I came in Thursday at about 955pm and had to use the restroom really badly!, but was told it was locked and she didn't have the key. I had to go so bad I took out 3 20 dollar bills but got the same story. Inconsiderate and not humane!!!! Lost the key? Really???
So my wife and I decided to come to this dunkin to get ice coffee. For one, the line was terribly long and after standing in line for almost 39 minutes, the lady that works there put her hand up after giving us our coffee and shooed us away like a dog. Never again will I come to this one.
