Every time. I. Go in this Dunkin’. Every other day to find 4 to 5people laughing and talking, but not helping. You have to wait a long time for your order due to the conversations and laughing.Horrible customer service
All these Indian children workers need to be fired. Always on their phones, never paying attention to customers, just overall rudeness and laziness across the board. Also what on earth did I just get? My bagel was like 3 inches wide with a teeny slice oh ham. Talk about cheaping out on product!!
Everyday coffee is made wrong and donuts are stale. Ordered a cake and when picked up price was more then they told me. My advice is if you decide to order one make sure you get the price in writing the day you order or order online! Never going back to the DD. 7-11 is a block over. I'll make my own coffee.
Where to start. The morning crew is terrible , the worst so far. Between the ladies giving me an attitude because THEY are not getting my order right to the wait time.I used to order curbside pickup because it was hard to bring my 1year old inside the store. There's been multiple times I've waited for 15-20mins at curbside to get my order. I would have to call the store and let them know I've been waiting. It's very inconvenient if you have a toddler in the car.I'm obsessed with their "white mocha hot chocolate" (which by the way COMES WITH WHIP CREAM) so every time I order either I get no whipped cream or I get charge for whip cream. Or get an ATTITUDE for asking for whip cream which i paid for.What's a hot chocolate with no whip cream?Very inconvenient store

Painfully slow one by one while the other women eat and munch on food when they don't like you they tell you their machines are broken after waiting online . Needs new staff get rid of all those lazy unfriendly foreigners
