Horrible delivery service and customer service. My son was crying for his pizza 30-44 min past delivery time and when I called the store they said there were no delivery drivers. I then asked if I could have someone pick it up then because my son was screaming. The person tried rushing me off the phone saying no because my food already left the store. How could my food have left the store if there are no drivers? And it would obviously be cold if it left 30min ago with no ETA. Forcing my son to blindly wait to eat is unacceptable and this establishment is irresponsibly ran with little moral. Stay away if you’re actually wanting to eat within 2hrs after ordering.
I bought cheese steak sandwich and it has so much salt in the sandwich. I had to throw it away after the second bite.
The food is good , the staff are polite . They could have more in store coupons to save $5.00 off purchase.
I always order from there but other day I call they have attitude problem they don’t know how to deal with customer service I don’t know what they keep putting me on hold and act like they Doing me a favor or giving me free pizza or something
Picked up my pizza, took it to my destination and saw no 2 garlic dips. Brought it back, she gave me them and no apology, nothing. Need to teach her common courtesy and respect. I should've been giving something for this inconvenience and time consuming trip. RSVP. Give me something and I'll delete this post. Thank you.
I order a pizza it was half cooked, and the wrong order, and she gave me horrible customer service.
I order about every other day and usually I get everything the last two times I ordered I didn’t get none of my icing or garlic sauce that I paid for. Other than that they are very fast with their delivery the food is always nice and hot
Very poor customer service!! Had sour pinapple on pizza, asked employee her name she wouldn’t give it to me, she told me oh well!! Seen cross contamination with chicken and vegetables!!! No gloves on anyone, very rude and ghetto!! This place is disgusting!!
They always gets your order wrong and they bearly put toppings on the pizza.
