I came to corks and taps on Friday night to see the legendary one man band, Bobcat perform. My friends and I were amazed by the show and how great it was to see him in our backyard at an upscale restaurant like this. I'm so happy to see they got live music there. It was a great environment and the food was excellent. I will come back many times.
Waitress was sick as a dog, sounded horrible & rushing us. Calamari was inedible tough rings. Other food just ok. Someone handed us bill when we were going to order another round so we went elsewhere.
I found this restaurant by googling restaurants in Bay Shore. My friends and I wanted some dinner and drinks and decided to give this place a shot. I think this is one of the first restaurants that I went to where everyone was happy with their orders even the appetizers! Do try the Barruta and the spinach dip, they were out of this world. My friends also really liked the tenders and tacos photographed. Also try the beer from the local brewery in Lindenhurst. The owner recommended it and my friend and boyfriend loved it. My only minor critique was that the service was a little slow but that gave us plenty of time to socialize. Also I love friendly owners! The owner moved us to a warmer location when he noticed my girlfriends and I were a little cold. Definitely recommend this place for high quality food!
They spelled Huevos with a J as in “Juevos Rancheros” on their menu. The “jumbo shrimp” is just regular size and only 3 comes in a $24 dish that was missing salt and was quite bland. The short rib was braised and the consistency was poor. One dish of the eggs Benedict was not acceptable, fully cooked. Additionally the coffee list was missing a lot of the items. I did enjoy the beignets, those were delicious!
The only Bay Shore bar that had room to move, now I know why. 7 people in our party, ordered 3 rounds from cocktails to beer, not 1 buy back. One bartender.
Just got off the phone trying to place an order here but unfortunately had to go elsewhere. Very rude lady had no patience taking my order & had actually hung up on me after simply asking a question about the oysters.
Not impressed. Ok food over priced drinks ms. Bad vibe. I won’t recommend this establishment for anyone who wants a fine dining experience. It’s basically a an overpriced dinner. Bad service l. Hate being watched like a hawk by the staff
Decided to try this place out for a burger and beer!Great bartender and great selection of cold beer on tap, very nice atmosphere as well (although empty if customers). Unfortunately the food (burger) took over an hour before ready, the kitchen was not busy with an empty restaurant, the burger was undercooked and cold and the bun tasted old and very dry.You got the place, beer and the bartender, just need a new chef and this place could be great!

I don’t recommend! The service was slow, the food was mediocre, and the drinks were not strong. Way too overpriced for the experience I got. Plenty of better places on Main Street to try.
