I love Chipotle but there are issues with this Bay Shore location. They need better management and training.
This review has nothing to do with the quality of the food it has to do with the ridiculous way they make you order. I’ve never been into a place where I can’t order a quesadilla that is regular size. They only let you order the children’s size. If I want to eat an adult size meal I have to order it online. Does that make sense??!!! It took more time arguing with the person behind the counter as to why I couldn’t order a regular size quesadilla and had to order two children size instead. For this reason alone I will not return!
Worst Chipotle ever! They cant even get the order right. Never coming back. It's such a shame, I loved how you guys opened and I live really close by but my order wrong everytime. Y'all can't even follow a simple order instruction? I work in a restaurant and it's so disappointing to see this. I would go to the one in bohemia, you won't be disappointed there
Usually go there on the weekend and the service is great but this time I went…no white rice, no chicken, the guy didn’t even make eye contact or ask me what I wanted. Very lack luster & unprofessional. I would’ve gave it 1 star but the past experience saved it.
This location is hit or miss. It really depends on who is making your order and how busy they are. They need to work on their consistency.
Went here today February 1st..the rice was hard and so were the pinto beans the steack you couldn't even chew it was so tough. My daughter got the burrito with steak and she said the same thing so i know it wasn't just me terrible 2 huge clumps of rice stuck together like it sure is not fresh from today
She was rude, she literally threw the food in the bowl. Two meals came to 30 dollars. It went from me looking at it, to tossing it in the garbage. Both bowls! They just need new staff here it’s disgusting! $$ wasted.
This location is in a very convenient spot for me. I always try to stop by here when I head to the mall, always go for a beef burrito and it comes out fine most of the time. The wait for the food can take a while, the staff is really friendly and can be efficient, when need be, though overall this place is fine if not just average.
SHAME ON CHIPOTLE IN BAYSHORE LONG ISLAND. NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH ILLEGAL AND DISCRIMINATORY HATE IN MY LIFE!!!! They refused to give me service cause I did not have a mask. I 100 percent gladly would of put a mask on if I had one. BUT they even refused to give me one!!! Please I am begging you all to never ever go to this place again. I used love chipotle but I will never in my life go here again. Off to qdoba down the block save yourself the gas and come here instead WAYYY BETTER! Before I get hate messages I am vaccinated too
Ordered online, the bowl was not even filled half way, and it took them longer than usual to do one bowl order, the app said it was ready to be picked up and I walked out of the store 20 minutes later.
