Great Philly Cheessteaks, Delicious
They need better workers. I told the cashier regular Philly no fries and drink. I swear the people don’t pay attention to what they are doing. My order is called next not only did they give me the wrong sandwich they added fries when I said no fries. The lady gave me an attitude even though the order was for someone behind me. She remade my order still gave me an attitude and still put fries. What part of no fries do they not understand.
I grabbed a Cheesesteak for lunch (without cheese). It seemed very at authentic like the ones in Philadelphia. Sliced steak, sauteed onions and peppers. The bread was awesome. It carried this sandwich well. Great filling meal. As good as the cheesesteaks in South Philly.
Just spent 40 bucks on 3 cheesesteaks and a lemonade ? not your classic cheesesteak.....lettuce tomato and pickles? Ton of sauce. Kinda felt like I was eating a whopper wrapped in a soggy bun by the time it got to me. First and last time ordering. Try Chiddys Cheesesteaks up the block if you want a good cheesesteak.
I always come here and today was not it, staffs are usually nice. I don’t know if the guy that helped me today was new but he was so rude. I asked him for 2 sides of ranch cause I have two orders of fries I usually get it but he had a problem giving it to me. We had to wait for my fries and when they were done he clapped in front of our face JUST to tell me that the fries were done. THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL THING THAT EVEN HAPPEN TO ME.

Was good! Ordered a regular Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms and onions had lettuce and tomato and a little mayo put on it with french fries and cheese and bacon bits
Rude staff, hardly able to communicate since I don't speak Spanish...weird... Came here to place an order for my customer through a delivery service and specifically said NO CHEESE as per the customers request... They can't have dairy.... After saying "no cheese" to both the cashier who took my order, and the girl making the sandwich, they still slapped on like 6 slices of cheese. What is so hard to understand? I told them again that I said no cheese and they were mad at me for "not telling them" and refused to make me a new sandwich. Seriously? Id suggest the manager/owner of this place make sure the employees definitely speak fluent English, and Spanish is a plus... But fluent Spanish and just a little English isnt going to work out here. This is a mall... Not everyone is going to speak Spanish... Regardless if alot of people in the area speak Spanish. English is a requirement. No means No in English and Spanish tho, so there shouldn't have been a miscommunication. The place is specializing in Cheesesteaks... So the words NO and CHEESE should be known here.... But hey, who knows.

Disgusting. I would never reccomend anyone to come to this establishment. I literally got extreme food poisoning from eating here. They have young kids fooling around while cooking so I see why my food wasn't handled properly. Its unsanitary. Save your stomach l, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
