It's still just a national fast food joint. They always ask if want Ketchup, and always forget to put it in the bag. Never fails. No ketchup packs.
Best quality Burger king in area only one that doesn't tamper with the food. But burger king switch mozzarella sticks and French toast sticks the new ones are absolutely disgusting.
My products are made to make people smile!Had a couple meals messed up.My product not prefect none is. ? Everything has that why 99.99% although some many of us keep it ? because your actions makes 1% that's all that's needed.?? your not a product you a human that needs to be fed correctly with respect.

The one Burger King I can say that actually delivers with quality, they move the line quickly and efficiently and don't mess up all too often. The location is usually clean, which is an oddity for BK half the time. The staff are attentive and confirm your order with you, tend to your needs, etc. The location is also another strong point, being near lots of other restaurants sets it up for good competition and a pretty good view. Overall good location with lots of quality.
Sandwiches they prepare and serve they don’t look as the pictures on the menus they advertise. The portions for condiments it’s poor, I order coffee and was cold. Friendliness is an average as well as speed of service.I reviewed 2 years ago so when I went back still sandwiches look the same.This is me 10 months after and this time they missed my chicken fries and The whopper sandwich sucks. I was rush at the window with our offering ketchup. This time I won’t come back.
I have been a regular of the burger King chain for many, many years. I always order the same thing. Whopper w/cheese, no onion, heavy pickle, heavy ketchup. It's not a complicated order. I've been to this location 6 times in the last 2 months and they have managed to get this order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not even one time have I enjoyed it "my way". If you customize your order, check it before you leave. I can almost promise you it'll be wrong.
Original Chicken sandwich was perfect. Ample parking. Drive thru moved quickly.
